David’s story begins with Nick’s Family Restaurant, which he helped his father and family operate. What started as a small carhop drive-in serving hamburgers, French fries and milk shakes evolved into a restaurant that was known as much as a local gathering place as it was for excellent, down home service and quality food. Although they sold the restaurant in 1981, Nick’s Family Restaurant provides a constant reminder to David on how to treat their customers right and build relationships for the long term. After all, the restaurant is right across the street from the main office of Masterjohn Realty. “We love what we do because we love this community,” David says. “Helping people with such a big investment is something we take great pride in. And every one of our associates shares our commitment to giving back to the community.”
